Initial Design Appointment
Once you’ve made your initial enquiry, we’ll book an appointment for your first design consultation.
If you have architectural drawings or measurements, we will discuss those. If you’re starting from scratch, we’ll meet at your home to take 3D mapping measurements and photos.
From your initial ideas and measurements, we can prepare a first draft of drawing. This is done digitally with our state of the art CAD software, allowing you to understand exactly how the design works and how the project will look.
This is the time to choose from our range of colours for your cabinet fronts, quartz, marble and hardwood worktops, lighting, fixtures, flooring and decor that are available in a variety of finishes.
We’ve hundreds of samples in our showroom waiting for you to choose your perfect look.
Once you’re happy with the functional layout, it’s time to choose from world-class brands appliances. As Master Partners, we are best placed to source the very best appliances available on the market and always at the most competitive prices.
Any changes you decide upon will be incorporated into the design, with visual previews at each stage of the way so you can see exactly what you’re getting.
Installation and sign off
When you’re completely happy with the final design, the order is sent to the factory, where it will soon be placed into production.
We will visit the site at an agreed date, no later than one week prior to installation to double check that services are in place and dimensions are correct as agreed on the design drawing.
Delivery to your home is included and at this stage the planning process is pretty much done.
All the units are shipped part assembled and require a minimum of effort for installation.
The installation of the cabinets typically takes three to five days. Stone tops are measured on site after the cabinets are installed and installed in 5 working days. Backsplash are measured on site after worktops installation and installed in 5 working days. Once your kitchen installation is complete our Site Survey staff will conduct a quality audit of your new kitchen.
